Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt’s New Book ‘Kat and Brandy’ Inspires Kids to Overcome Fear and Embrace Courage

Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt’s latest children’s book Kat and Brandy will be released on November 4, 2025, and is aimed at children aged 3 to 7 years.

The story is inspired by Katherine’s real-life childhood pony, Brandy, and her own experience of overcoming fear after falling off a horse.

The book features artwork by illustrator Petra Brown and focuses on themes of bravery, confidence, and the healing bond between humans and animals.

Katherine credits her husband Chris Pratt, mother Maria Shriver, and her close-knit family—including her father Arnold Schwarzenegger—for keeping her grounded and confident as a mom.
